a) By the User
- Users may request cancellation of services by contacting us via email or phone
- Cancellation requests must be made before the commencement of the service

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services in cases such as:
- Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user
- Misuse of services or inappropriate conduct
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, applicable refunds (if any) will be processed at our discretion.
3. 💸 Refund Policy
a) Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Payment made for a service that has not yet been initiated
